Interview
I originally went in to interview for an Associate Product Manager role but it was filled the day before so I interviewed for this program instead. Standard HR interview. Wonderlic testing. The interview was fairly short and personable (lots of chit chat). However, they threw in some very odd questions (see below) to see your reasoning ability. Just felt a little unnecessary and wouldn't showcase any actual abilities for doing the job well.

Question 1
Odd questions like 'How would you find needle in a haystack?' and 'How many gas stations are there in a 50mi radius from here?'
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medline Industries in Dec 2024
Interview
The first stage is a basic and casual HR phone screen. The final round is 2 virtual 30 minute interviews with management with behavioral questions. One interviewer was a lot easier than the other

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to work closely with someone whose personality was very different from yours.
I applied online. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Northfield, IL)
Interview
I feel the interview didn’t give me a very good opportunity to reveal how I could help with “the needs of the team”. I did not get any further than the first interview, and received an email saying that “there are other candidates who more closely align with the needs of the team” when any “needs” that potentially need to be met were never brought up in the interview. I was only asked two behavioral questions which I feel don’t reveal anything about the candidate other than their interview skills. This is basically an entry level position for recent grads, and I think it would have been more productive to ask me what I can contribute, given that’s the basis for why I didn’t get any further.

Question 1
Was there a time that you ever felt like giving up and how did you deal with it?
Was there ever a time where you were given little to no instructions and how did you deal with it?
Phone interview- it's was a situational style interview. Enjoyable process overall.... Took from January to May with constant contact while I was in school. The interviewer was nice and still remains contact during employment to make sure things are going well.
