Contacted after online application submitted for a Skype interview. Skype interview was brief and basic (so brief I thought I wasn't going to be considered) After 1 week from the Skype interview, an email confirmed their interest in bringing me in for a face-to-face interview. The face-to-face interview went well, it was fairly casual and conversational, though there were 2 CRA managers in the room. There was also a brief HR interview that was about background and why the interest in the role at this company specifically. The CRA managers intend to find out if you are a good fit, what you know about the position, what your strengths and weaknesses will be and what concerns you about the job. You will also have to give a short presentation on the job role and its importance to the industry. Come prepared but don't stress!
