The word "cold" is best way I can describe the process. I talked to two HR representatives about the position over the phone and was invited for an interview onsite after about two weeks. The "boss" woman interviewing was extremely short, cold, and I felt like I was interrupting her time. She spoke about the position and barely asked any questions at all. I could tell she didn't see me as the right fit for the position, but I think that decision was made before I even stepped foot in the interview. Not worth anyone's time, really. The company's atmosphere is very professional, active, and uptight. The building is really cool and has modern decor throughout each room. Regardless of the interview process, the place seems like it is a face-pace company to work for.
