      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Medpace (Cincinnati, OH) in Mar 2019

      Interview

I applied online in Jan 2019, got invitation for first phone round shortly after. I was cleared for the 2nd round with associate director, which went pretty well. Thereafter, I was invited to visit them in Ohio and meet the team. They delayed this interview by almost a month by constantly saying that people were not available. People interviewing me were really nice and polite and asked the basic questions. I had 4 rounds of interviews and all went pretty well. The HR didn't ask me the most basic questions like work authorization or salary. this seemed like a red flag. I was told I would know the outcome in 2 weeks and in exactly two weeks, I was sent the standard rejection letter.

      Question 1

Why Medpace? Why this role? What do you look for in a job and a company? What would be deal breakers for you? What do you know about Regulatory affairs?

Thank you for your feedback! We are happy to hear you had a positive interview experience with us. We apologize for the delay in getting your on-site interview scheduled. We encourage our interviews to take place all in one day to ensure we do not have to bring candidates back in another time. This sometimes does take a few weeks based on schedule conflicts, but we try to eliminate inconvenience for potential new employees. We are always looking to improve and appreciate the insight you have provided.
