I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Medpace in Sep 2013
Interview
Phone interview first, 45 min reasonable questions about CV and experience. Then invitation to a f2f interview with HR, line manager and country boss. Again very open and friendly atmosphere, we talked about previous appointments, experience, responsibilities - standard interview situation. Had to pass a CRA assessment, during which I was presented with a mock CRF and mock source documents and had to do a monitoring on that - pretty nonsense as I did not apply for a CRA role.
I applied online. I interviewed at Medpace in May 2018
Interview
Very nice and very friendly, they asked me about my personal history and reasons I wished to work for medpace. The interview lasted for about 40 minutes. The interviewer had a very cute voice and now I am just writing to get to 30 words.
