I applied online and was contacted by HR to set up a phone interview around a week later. The phone interview with HR was straight forward and lasted approximately 30 minutes with standard questions asking about my background and STAR questions. I heard back around a week later to be invited to a face to face at the Stirling office with the director and associate director of the department. Again, easy enough questions in the usual STAR format. Heard back a week later and was offered the job.
