Pros: - Those I interviewed with were polite and professional - They tell you a lot about the company and what to expect Cons: - They ask for your GPA, a sign of an amateurish, out-of-touch company - They invited me for an interview for a different position than what I applied for, with no explanation. When I inquired, they never replied. - Their 401k isn't good: you're 0% vested for their match until 3 years. - Process is very impersonal - Recruiter speeds through everything, like he's had to say the same thing too many times and can't stand it anymore Overall impression of the company was that they don't know what they're doing.
