Silence for a long time after the in-person interview, then received "thank you, but no thank you" about 2 weeks later.

They asked reasonable questions and the interviews were about an hour long. I felt that it would be a great company to work at. I was applyly for the admin role within the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Medtronic (Tolochenaz) in Feb 2021
Interview
Regarding the question about my five-year career plan as an administrative assistant, the recruiter was interested in understanding my long-term goals and how I see myself progressing within the company. When answering this question, I was honest and realistic. I discussed my aspirations to develop my administrative skills, take on more responsibilities, and potentially advance into roles with greater leadership or project management responsibilities. I emphasized my commitment to continuous learning and growth, and align my goals with the opportunities available at Medtronic. But anyway I felt "lost" during the Zoom interview: the recruiter told that she did not feel well and switched off her video. Maybe due to the lack of visual contact, the fisrt interview was not successful.
