In an in-person panel interview with six members of the department they took turns asking STAR questions. This interview followed an on-camera Teams screening that took place almost 4 weeks earlier.

Interview
The first interview is HEAVILY focused on the STAR methodology. It was a panel of 5 people all communicating remotely via Zoom. Friendly, but seemed to be looking for specific answers.
