Basic phone screen with hiring manager reviewing items on resume. Make sure you are fully versed and able to explain in depth your main points from resume. Look into department you are interviewing for and why this part of Medtronic interests you.
Main contact is with Talent Acquisition, had 2 rounds of interview before getting the offer. Talent acquisition is not local which makes the comms harder than it should have been

No crticral question.But wasn't hired for no reason. I think they have internal candidate. Hiring manager was so nice. He didn't asked me tough question. The job was also pritty simple.
