Talking to a panel of two supervisors. They made you feel very relaxed. The interview lasted about 20 minutes. Asked about myself, my experience, my qualifications and my hobbies. They asked what I expected the role was and then they told me what it would intail.

They want someone who is going to be approachable and someone who is going to be the link between the builders and the supervisor
