Interview
The interview was super quick. I was first interviewed over the phone, then brought in for a face to face. Every thing felt very natural and comfortable. The manager made the interview very conversational, so it felt like I was talking to a friend.
The interview consisted of two interviews only. Offered the job within a a short window (they moved very quickly through the hiring process). Interviews weren't geared towards technical expertise - largely focused on stakeholder management.
