I applied online. I interviewed at Medtronic in May 2016
Interview
Many, many interviews. Took forever to get through the process. Seemed very uncoordinated as many asked similar questions. You will need a lot of patience. I got to the poibt where I decided I was not going to go back for another interview. Ironically that’s when I got the offer.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Medtronic
Interview
In November I had 4 interviews in a short window of time. Then it was complete silence. No one let me know where I stood.
A week ago - nearly 4 months later- I received the auto-generated email, "thanks but no thanks" email.
4 months later?! It was a joke! Why bother at that point. Not notifying me earlier made a poor impression...but the email after 4 months made the company look disorganized, discourteous to candidates, laughable.
