Interviewed several team members for roughly 30 minutes each. Asked why I was interested in their division, and about my skillset. Mostly behavioral questions, a few technical questions regarding technologies specific to their group.

It was a phone screening then 2 video interviews. The phone screening was general questions such as location logistics, then followed by 2 video interviews. The next step was an in-person interview which I did not make it to.

Quick and painless. 30 min phone interview after screening. Screening was quick and easy too. It was just a contract position, so may be different for full time permanent positions
