I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Medtronic
Interview
The interview was good. It was inclined more towards the situational based questions and hr questions, and the overall interview process was very good if you by heart the generic hr question it will be easy for you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
how was your college and how did it contribute to the development of your personality?
It's much more casual than I thought. No HR involved prior and after the interview. They made me feel that they were not clear about what they were looking for, the questions were not well prepared and my application were not reviewed.

Question 1
What's your strength? Do you know our products? and What are the procedures to be executed following the [specific] regulations when the [unexected situation] occurs?
Professional and well structured. Interviewers had limited knowledge of the role but had the information required to conduct entry round interviews. Other organisations have more thorough processes but this was a more welcomed approach.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Boulder, CO) in Dec 2022
Interview
The recruiter asked me questions first then set up the interview with the company. The interview was conducted via Zoom with 5 people. They asked the usual questions that lasted about 45 minutes.
