However after the 4 interviews they ghosted. This is not a good company to work for. Then I did research and read about the frequent annual layoffs that happen in Apr-May each year. No matter how big a company is ghosting is simply unprofessional. It is a clear sign that the company does not think much of the people they are interviewing. If they truly valued "talent" they wouldn't ghost candidates after both sides have made significant time investment into the process.
