Zoom interview, easy and typical. Everyone was very nice. The interviewer was very honest and described the job in detail for me over zoom. The position was different when described during the interview when compared with the job listing, i.e. job listing said full time while in the interview they said it was a contract position

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? Talk about a project/work in your resume
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic in Aug 2024
Interview
HR screen, Hiring manager interview, then 4 one on one interviews with different members of the team. Not very technical for the most part, just talking about experience, skills and abilities.
However after the 4 interviews they ghosted. This is not a good company to work for. Then I did research and read about the frequent annual layoffs that happen in Apr-May each year.
No matter how big a company is ghosting is simply unprofessional. It is a clear sign that the company does not think much of the people they are interviewing. If they truly valued "talent" they wouldn't ghost candidates after both sides have made significant time investment into the process.
