Question 1
STAR method questions. Also some about the company and your interest in it
Waited months to hear back from HR to tell me I did not get the job. Usually two to three interviews with the final interview with a few upper level managers.
I applied through college or university. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Medtronic (Juncos, PR) in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview was neutral, they normally ask questions related to your resume. Other than that very easygoing. I must add that I only got interviewed by HR and got an offer, which is strange since the Hiring Manager always interviews the candidate.
