Teams/zoom interview with cameras off. I really appreciated that all the team members led with their pronouns, which really demonstrated an inclusive environment. Interviews were done with around 5 members representing different levels within the overall team, which allowed me to get a good feel for how the organization operates.

The interview is pretty regular as other roles, like phone interview, onsite 1 on 1 and panel interview.
The only difference is you have to attend the writing test, which is the gate to get the offer.
