I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Medtronic (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
Interviewed with multiple people throughout the day. Generally interviewers were in groups of 2 from a similar function. Some generic questions about experiences overlapped but then each group had their own technical questions relevant to their function. I don't know that the answer mattered, but they liked hearing people think out loud to evaluate problem solving skills.

Met with HR first then two interviews on site and toured the facility. Later on did another multi interview session over Zoom with three people (not all at once). Mostly behavioral questions and questions about experience, don’t think there were any technical ME questions.

Two hour teams call with six team members. They asked great questions about my experience and let me ask questions about theirs, Deep dived into everyone's role and how the collaboration works. More to see compatibility.
