I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Medtronic (Colorado Springs, CO) in Nov 2023
Interview
I had the first round with HR, followed by a technical interview and a panel interview. Overall, the process took about 2 months, which was quite slow. After the panel interview, I experienced complete silence - no communications at all. Given the considerable amount of time and effort I invested, I'm genuinely disappointed and heartbroken. I would advise not to set high expectations for Medtronic, as their interview process has been the worst experience I've ever had. If you ever get a chance to interview, my suggestion would be to run away
