I went through a 4-hour interview process, meeting with several team members back-to-back. Unfortunately, most of them asked nearly identical questions, just phrased differently. I also completed a few short assessments during the session. Despite being assured I would receive a follow-up regardless of the outcome, I never heard back from the recruiter. The lack of communication was highly unprofessional and left a negative impression. In hindsight, the entire process felt like a waste of time. I strongly recommend doing thorough research before committing to an interview with this company.

The entire process was inefficient, excessive, and frankly disrespectful of my time, leaving me with a very negative impression of the company overall.
