I applied to the graduate program online and was contacted shortly after with an invitation to match day at the Greater Heights location. I was asked to fill out a sheet answering a few questions and to take a personality quiz online. I went in for my assigned interview time and was given a packet on benefits to look over while I waited in the lobby to be called-it was only me and there were no other candidates waiting. I interviewed with 3 leaders from the women's services department: one each from L&D, NICU, & mother/baby. They were all nice and made me feel comfortable. The interview was pretty short, under 15 minutes for sure. There was no follow-up interview.
