I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (Middletown, NJ) in May 2016
Interview
I applied on website and was immediately prompted to take an online assessment. I was emailed by the talent acquisition coordinator to request a telephone interview. After phone interview, I was invited to attend an interview at their new location. Was interviewed by a talent acquisition associate who seemed new to the job. Unfortunately, I was not invited to the new phase which was an interview with hiring manager. Within a week, I was sent a polite email stating the position was offered to another candidate. I believe there is not enough emphasis during interview on work experience questions and too much placed on "behavioral" questions.

Interview
Interview consists of behavioral questions and hiring managers will be listening for very specific examples. They will do their best to weed out generalities like “I would do x” and instead want to hear “In this situation I did these specific things and the outcome was _”.
