Fill out online assessment, phone interview, in-person interview. I applied online through my university and filled out a lengthy assessment. After which, I was invited for a phone interview. The phone interview was extremely brief with an overview of what the position may entail. The subsequent in-person interview was with 2 HR personnel. They were friendly and the interview went well.
