Interview
I was asked the same question repeatedly by two women at the same time. It made no sense. They would ask me to describe a difficult decision I had to make, and then I kid you not the next question was asking me to describe a difficult choice I made. This went on for over two hours with at least 5 variations of the same question. They did not listen to my answers and read from a script.

It was a hiring event where they interviewed a group of applicants (1 by 1). Very quick interview. Easy questions all about your personality. Was called for a second interview.
