Interview
Began with a phone screen with a Talent Acquisition Mgr, very clear & informative. The TAM was my contact f=throughout the process which I appreciated bc it was a long process. From there there was four more interviews over the course of the next couple of weeks. Pretty intense just bc there were so many interviews but the interviewers were very personable & asked questions that were pertinent to the position. The TAM was really great about following up on next steps.

There were multiple rounds of interviews with different levels of managment. Its a long process and because you dont meet with the person you will actually work with until the last round it can be difficult to know if the position is a good fit and if there is chemistry with the faculty member. Everyone is very kind and helpful throughout the process.

As soon as the phone interview process began it was doomed. She had no interest no energy. It’s like I was on the list and it needed to get done. Shame because I would have loved a real shot.
