It was a two part interview -- one that was online via skype with HR and then they invite you back to have an interview with a nurse manager in person on the floor.

The questions asked were reasonable and the process from beginning to end was pretty standard for a hospital. There were different places within the hospital to do testing and interviewing, which you will need directions to get to. The interviewer asked pretty standard questions.
