Similar to other places I interviewed at (5 in total). Had an initial zoom call with the PI and was invited for a formal interview with the lab a few weeks after. Gave a virtual ~1h seminar followed by 1 on 1 meetings with lab members and PI. Heard back really quickly though I guess this is lab dependent. Everyone was friendly and it was a pleasant experience.
