First, it was a phone interview, I was told I should be hearing back for a virtual interview. A week and a half went by and I didn't hear back so I reached out to them and was scheduled immediately for an interview the next day. The interview was good I was asked a lot of behavioral and technical questions. I made sure I was answering the question with my experience and how I handled the situation. After that, I was scheduled for a third interview with the hiring manager. This interview was more in-depth about the position and the duties. I just explained how I would be able to fulfill the role and be the best candidate. About a week later the hiring manager called me personally to extend the offer. The interview and onboarding process took about two months. I would say just make sure you're prepared with good questions to ask, answer questions with your experience, and how you were able to assess the situation.
