I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MemoryBlue in May 2023
Interview
It was a one-on-one interview. It started out with introductions and being asked traditional interview questions. During the interview, some unique questions were asked and they were fun to answer as I had to pause and think before answering. Then, at the end I asked a few questions about the company.

Question 1
How would you describe technology to someone who has been in a coma for 30 years?
Calm interviews with two young guys around 29, not intimidating at all if you can banter well and come relatively prepared for what they might ask you especially with the interview prep they give you the day before
I applied online. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (Austin, TX) in Jun 2026
Interview
1 Introduction interview, 2 behavioral interviews with different interviewers, and a final round mock sales interview. The interview process overall was pretty easy to be honest, they talk a lot about growth, which is my main concern. However many people on here are talking about how it is a terrible enviorment, I hope that won't be the case with my location
Phone screening, then recruiter call, then another call with recruiter to prep for a 2 hour in person interview. Then a final interview with a mock cold call. Overall waste of time and poor communication by both the recruiter and managers. Interviewers were also shifted twice which definitely threw me off. 5 interviews for a $50K> job where they promote their culture and working hard to not earn your commission until you stay for 1.5 years.
