The process took 5 months. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (San Jose, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
They went to my college career fair and that's where I met them in the fall of 2015. I got a call January 2015. The first step was to pass their online assessment to see if your views align with the company's and if you would fit into their culture. After I passed their assessment they want to set up a quick chat. First it was a phone screening, then I had two phone interviews both asked the same, after that I never heard back from them.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (Tysons Corner, VA)
Interview
The interview process was OK. Their recruiters are mediocre at best. It was very scripted in the beginning so you can tell they didn't know what they were talking about. They definitely don't have respect to tell the candidate they didn't get the job, which doesn't represent the company very well. They pack people in the office like sardines.
