I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Men's Wearhouse (Champaign, IL) in Jul 2010
Interview
First I met the store manager, then the assistant manager as well. This was about a 10-15 minute chat where he was basically feeling me out. Making sure I had the people skills necessary to work there. Then he called me that night and we scheduled a real interview with the regional manager for the next week. This was a basic interview, pretty easy by my standards (45min-1hr).
There was a phone interview with generic questions followed by one in-person. They asked me to put together several outfits and to associate them with a customer archetype (business formal/casual etc).
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Men's Wearhouse (Tukwila, WA) in Jul 2021
Interview
pretty easy. asks about skills, theoretical questions about the job, etc. got a call back within the week and started onboarding a week later. overall a smooth and easy process.
