The interview process was very comfortable and pressure free. We sat in a nicely lit office and had nice conversations about who I was and what I had to bring to the table. The two managers who hired e had a great sense of humor and were very personable.

Sales experience and approach to customer service.
I spoke for 30 minutes with the AM and Store Manager in the back room about my experience and what they were looking for and what to expect from the job.
One-on-one interview with the site manager. Went through comprehensive questions to understand each other. They were very interested in learning your past experience. Very welcoming and kind. After the interview, there was about a week between before getting hired.
