Question 1
My customer service and retail experience at the previous employers I had worked for. I was asked to rate myself, etc... I was given situations and asked how I would handle them. I was also asked what my aspirations were with the company.
Super easy. The interview was mostly based on personality and not so much experience. They asked few questions about my background which I was surprised by. But we ended up clicking and I suppose that’s needed in any sales position.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Men's Wearhouse (Columbia, MD) in Jan 2021
