The hiring process was very easy but long. The application is very long for an entry level job, but it is worth it if you get the job. HR asked me about my knowledge on home improvement projects, but did not ask any specific questions regarding how to do home improvement projects

The interview process for Menards was very simple and straightforward. Human Resources representative was knowledgeable and I interviewed with the department manager of the department that I was interviewing for.
Very easy, simple questions that they ask. Usually with the general manager and maybe with the department head. Pretty quick to getting back for the interview process and offering the position.
