Applied for a position at the Normal, Illinois location. A few days later, I was asked to schedule an interview. I go to the interview, and I am interviewed by someone from HR and the department manager. Neither of them were particularly friendly and both looked miserable even though I was nice as could be to them. I have a college degree, a great work history and was available to work any day and any hours, yet I got a rejection the day after the interview. Really? I was even willing to take the starting wage. Oh, well. Based on their unfriendly demeanor, I don't think I would have enjoyed the atmosphere anyway.
don't have crap availability just like any job. you're practically guaranteed the job unless you can not pass a drug test. this 30 word thing is crap glass door why even bother if you want something truthful don't put minimums or we waste everyones time like this.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Menards (Sedalia, MO) in Aug 2022
