Interview
2 interviewers. First I had to fill out a questionnaire. It was overly simple and the questions were about employee honesty and ethics. Is it OK to steal from your employer? Is it ok to get high before or during your shift? If you see another employee steal, what would you do?
They Had me fill out and sign an anti-crime form. The Interview was relaxed and smooth asked about college if you plan to move in the near future The Interviewer was nice and funny
It was a pretty lengthy process, I went through 3 interviews, the first one was more of a screening, then I interviewed with the front end manager and then the GM. Seems like a lot to work as a cashier but overall it was easy.
