There was virtually no interview process. I walked in, asked for an application, filled it out, handed it to the human resources director, she asked me why I wanted to work there and how I found out about the job, then the general manager of the store came in and explained the duties of the job. They gave me materials to get drug tested and hired me 2 days later
Basic retail job interview. Selective process especially for the location. Best to know someone if you are looking for a part time job. High school student at the time. Pay was good.
