Menards interview questions

Not much to explain. I did it the old way where you walk into the store and ask to talk to someone in charge. Found the asst. manager and he had some time to sit down and talk. Went pretty smooth, they were in need of some extra bodies and i was willing so it worked out for us. I got hired almost immediately, the next day actually. But this was before the holidays so i guess maybe they weren't being picky.

If you can get in there for an interview then it's pretty easy interview process. Usually you have to keep on the HR to get interviewed. Have to apply in store or online.
