Got a referral and got a phone interview weeks later. The questions consist most of behavior questions. No standard questions at all. No question like talk about your self or why you want to work at Mercer. The interview is harder than expected. Mercer seems to very care about hiring intern. It considered its intern as future full-time staff.

it was simple, they gave me a zoom call. Two interviewers are there. Asked some basic behavioral questions, told me to intro myself... However, the interview was quite long, it took more than 30 mins.
