Preliminary one on one behavioral interview, very quick standard interview (examples of working in a team, overcoming difficulties etc) Second round was 5 interviews back to back to back, plus lunch with an analyst. Two of these were pretty simple behavioral, one quantitative test (timed, correct answers add points, unanswered are neutral, wrong answers detract points, all pretty basic math but pressed for time) and then going through case studies with two separate analysts. Cases were examples showing that you could think through the process for a client, determine what statistics and issues are relevant to the clients issues etc.
