Started with a recorded video interview on a phone app. Was then requested for a face to face interview approximately 2 weeks later. Interview was very nice, consisted of discussing my background, what the position entailed, and what the company does. Heard back within 2 weeks with a decision.

Applied via website, Got a phone call and have brief discussion as to why I applied for the role. Arranged interview and was all good at interview had a test. After a couple of weeks requested feedback received nothing. They did not bother to let me know if I was declined or not. Which I thought was rude considering the kind of company that it is, was not impressed at all.
