Four stages - All done virtually over Zoom given the logistics involved and the lockdown regulations. I was interviewed by HR, the hiring manager and other key senior stakeholders within the UK business for Mercer. The tone of the interviews was a good balance of professional and personal. I was also able to find out a lot more context around the Culture of the business and the Types of people who succeed at Mercer. Also the role that Mercer plays within the wider MMC company.
