Pretty straightforward. Two virtual one-hour interviews and respectfully done. Gave me the opportunity to talk about my experience. Certainly one of the less arduous interview processes I have experienced. The time between interviews was quite lengthy, as was the final outcome but this was due to interviews taking please over the summer and people being away on annual leave. That wasn't an issue for me, though might be for others.
