Interview
First round was HireVue with a short essay, video questions, and two games. Then had final round and it was 3 1 on 1 interviews. All behavioral with some questions about technical experience. Interviewers were great and the process was smooth and efficient. Very communicative and were transparent each step of the way.

Question 1
Name a time when you faced a challenge and how you overcame it
Just got to the initial video interview which was recorded videos. They asked basic questions about the position and behavioral questions. You had a chance to re-record. Didn’t make it passed this round but was ghosted for 4 months.
First is a HireVue interview of behavioral questions and a couple of exercises, then it is followed by 2 hours of common behavioral questions, including STAR method questions, etc. Both ask about difficult situations, but most importantly be prepared to answer why Mercer is a top choice
