Worst process, they dont share/discuss JD before interview. Interviewers are not professional. First they reach out to you and then You have to followup for the interview feedback, they dont share the updates.
Difficult to navigate. Not knowing what the next step would be. Left me wondering, if I should look else where or wait to hear something with no response to my inquiry.

No traditional reference checks. Very protracted process for criminal history and fit and proper check. Needed confirmation from previous ten years of employers.
