The interviewer was late and obviously unprepared. There was no introduction of the role or the organization. The meeting was unstructured and unprofessional. It was a miserable 15- or 20-minute meeting and a waste of time. I suspect HR and the hiring manager did not communicate expectations and requirements properly. Also, the interviewer gave HR false feedback. This was my first experience with anything like this, and it seemed toxic. I don't know much about this organization; perhaps it was just the behavior of a particular staff and not a reflection of the whole organization.
