Interview
I applied online and also forwarded my resume through a connection. First I had a 30 minute phone interview. A few days later I was invited to the office for an interview. There were 2 back-to-back 30 minute interviews. The interviews were pleasant, more like having a conversation where they were trying to get to know me. They also gave me a lot of time to ask questions about them.
