I went for an in person interview and followed up with a thank you note. A week later i followed up again with an email to both the hiring manager and recruiter and was GHOSTED. I never heard back.....nothing. I guess this is the norm for Merck, setting the bar as low as possible. Completely unprofessional. Hey Merck, respect is earned.......show your candidates some respect.
