I had a two step interview process and the first one was just a 15 minute screener while the second one was a 30 minute behavioral. The interviewers were kind and mostly asked about my experience/interest in Merck.
One Interview with a panel that had mainly behavioral questions. Asked me things about my resume of course. Overall, it was not bad at all and my interviewers were so sweet!
